Bulletin Kenyalang Issue 30 Oct/Nov featuring MFSB

“Kenyalang” is a monthly publication in the Iban-language from M.D. Publication,
Kuching.

Issue 30 Oct/Nov features Merekah Fajar Sdn.Bhd. in the “Pedagang Iban” section and the interview was conducted by Mathew Abu, sometime ago.

The selling price for a copy of Kenyalang is RM3.00 and easily obtainable at Kuching’s leading book stores or newspaper vendors.

WE take great pride in our own especially our language and culture which is unique and found only in Borneo!

Kenyalang features local and news from abroad, there’s also a recipe corner even something for those who are thinking of looking for a friendship.

Toyota Hilux

Still going strong, a name which is made famous when an advert shown over RTM's TV many, many years ago, about Ah Chong, Head of a Timber Camp got caught in a rather "sticky" situation somewhere in our deep jungles, and how he managed to get away from it all due to his reliable, powerful Toyota!

Powered by 2.5 litre turbo diesel engine, 76 litre Fuel tank capacity, at today's rate ofRM1.70 for diesel fuel, it comes to about RM129.20 for a Full Tank of fuel. So you can imagine the size of its fuel tank.

Its Transmission (gear) is 4speed Automatic with ECT, its has drum (rear) and ventilated disc brakes for the front.

It has airbags for both passenger side and for the front driver.

These are some of the features found in the Toyota Hilux Type G, though so many other great selling points which I can't possibly write it all here.

It is our pleasure to introduce this unit to our "customer" in Bakun and we hope you will enjoy the ride soon.

WE went on our Deepavali "ngabang" over the week end to Shiva's house somewhere in Greenwood Garden, 9th Mile Kuching-Serian Road.

Most of the Clan members were there that night. We had some very interesting titbits, a recipe from India brought and introduced to us by Shiva.

Shiva, is of course working as a Lecturer with the Open University and has been in our country for the last 2 years and someone who is closed to Aneth's heart!

WE had a taste of India when Curried Lamb was served. No matter how "hot" I still demand more chillies added in. ( Nope, just kidding.. )

Claudia AF7 was there too, she is of course 1st cousin to Aneth and adMF.

I hope Shiva is reading this post and I expect YOU to say something here, ITS AN ORDER and I'm your uncle REMEMBER THAT bro!!

Well, I got to go until our next meeting, "Happy Motoring" from MFSB.

Proton Saga N-Line

Saga ti tau disebutka kitai naka ia "murah" laban rega di-jual di Kuching enda datai RM35,000!

Stocks kediatu agi bisi, sapa ti bisi ati ka meli tau madah ke kami sabuat.

Enti nitih ke "loan" sebulan kira ke RM43x.xx enti mayar dalam kandang 9 taun.

On Sunday evening, we attended a Thanksgiving Dinner/Buffet to celebrate Mr. Rawing Labang's daughter Graduation from Swinburne on the 29/09/09.

It was held at the Park Hotel, Padungan.

Some many recognisable faces were seen and the evening was liven up by Rendan's uncle, Mr.Jones Mukan who played beautiful tunes on keyboards along with his buddy on guitar.

I was the 1st to come on stage to "perform" that evening after that, the stage was for anyone who dares try at singing "live."

She (Shelly) is now working as a Lecturer at PTPL, Stampin BDC.

Again, we would like to Congratulate Miss Shelly Rendan for her academic success and praise God for giving her the opportunity to serve Him through His church in Batu Kawa.

And Thank You for the great company as well.

"Bujang Kerimpak Labu" & his Mazda Fighter

Yesterday, 9th Oct met Augustine Ayai AKA Bujang Kerimpak Labu at the Kuching international Airport, waiting to catch the connecting flight to Miri.

We managed to have a cup of coffee together at some coffee shop nearby to the KIA.

BKL, as his widely known amongst the RuaiKitai members, is also getting a "used" Mazda Fighter from MFSB and his loan has already been approved almost 3 weeks ago.

By next week, he should take delivery of the vehicle, the dilemma now is whether to fly here or for us to drive it all the way to Miri?

I, of course fancy the idea of going to Miri but then it all depends on my work commitment.

Unggal BKL, Terima Kasih laban udah meri sukung ngagai kami, ukai mudah nitih ke sangka urang bejual ka krita kemaya ari tu.

Arapka pengawa "projik sawit" nuan nya mujur. Udah tu ila nyau tau berunding ke lori mit wai, kena ngundan buah sawit ... sigi pengawa kami nya unggal, anang irau, nemu aku ngadu ke nya, amat mih nuan puas ati.

Merekah Fajar's NEW SIGNAGE

Recently our General Insurance partner, AmAssurance sponsored our New Signage which is visible from nearly all angles, even at night as it has fluorescent bulbs lighting it brightly.

This is yet another chapter in our Company's history as it goes into its 1st Year of operations in October!

Menyadi kitai Iban Baru & SaW in Town!

Guys, RKians negri Kuching, Thank You laban "sportingly" ngulu pengerami maya menyadi kitai Martin Entamin AKA Iban Baru serambau penemuai iya ke Kuching last couple of weeks.

Aku arapka kaul kitai majak rapat berindik ari ti selalu begelumu sesama diri.

Nuju sida ke bukai ti bisi ati deka enggau kitai, sida tau meri No.HP sida nuju e-mail aku, awakka aku nemu ngangau ke sida enti bisi maya gelumu.


Sida ti bisi datai malam nya, Anthony Banyan AKA ApaiEnduq, Mr Selalu, DJ MA, DJ Ivy, darapucukmeligai, Indu Selamba, Mali Lebu, igat_stidi, Temakul, serta raban ti bukai ti enda ulih rintai aku nama ditu.

Kurang ari 3ari udah menyadi kitai Iban Baru pulai ke Miri, Seliong ak Wau (SAW) pan bisi rembus ke Kuching ari Kuala Lumpur, ngadu ke business iya di kota Samarahan.


Kami dua LadyJenn sempat betemu maya iya ngelawa kami ke Kedai MFSB, Desa Ilmu. Dalam beberapa ari nya, kami sempat betukar penemu pasal pengawa lalu asai aku awak nya sigi "berharga" laban SAW tu siku ari "remisier" kitai Iban ti netap di KL din.

Arapka tau betemu baru jemah ila enggau Iban Baru & SAW.
