"Paris Auto Show"

Looks like we're going to have a more sportier, sleeker looks in the coming Year, folks. Even Toyota has jumped on the bandwagon with the new design sports car.

Ford Fiesta

Together with Jen, we went to our FORD's show room located in Pending to have a closer look at this Fiesta.

We were 'commissioned' to look around for a suitable family car and that was how we landed here. By the looks, I should say its quite impressive!

En.Jalin's Persona

Finally, on the 1st of November Jalin Ganya got his car after a week of waiting anxiously! As we approach towards end of the year, business is expected to slow down a bit.

Most cases people would prefer buying their cars in the new year. It all depends on the individual.

Thank You En.Jalin, who hails from Kapit. He was in the Army before heading a Security Department based in Pending, Kuching.

Sun 10/10/2010: We attended the Wedding Reception between Roy Azrie & Norsetilla held at the Crowne Tower, Pending.

So many familiar faces were amongst the guests that night that saw Cultural performances performed by students from a Cultural Institute.

I would like to wish the both of them "Selamat Pengantin Baru, semoga kekal bahagia sampai ke anak cucu."

We managed to register this unit before the week ended.

Back to work ...

(The Naza Citra going for the mandatory Puspakom test)

Others may enjoy their remaining holidays but we have started to work much earlier than expected.

Times is not good so we have to push harder to achieve our Target.

It was plenty of vehicles on that day (17 Sept)and it took us nearly 2 hours to get the job done.

By 5pm, everything was in order.

We managed to get the papers and the NEW Toyota Innova should be 'wearing' the Citra's registration number next week or rather this week!

Happy driving, folks.

Sarikei Day Trip

(Sitting in front row, extreme right is Ms Jenny, the owner of the Saga SE)

Date: 10 Sept 2010

We (including the children) left KG around 5:37am, had breakfast in Debak around 8:45.
We spent 45 minutes in Debak. The road wasn’t busy at all as it was “Hari Raya” holidays.

From Debak to Sarikei took us about 1:15 minutes and by the time we arrived in Sarikei,
Jenny AKA Rawai Ini Andan (our friend from Ruaikitai.Com) & her friend were already waiting for us in front of the CIMB Bank Building.

I have no serious complaint except for the weather that day, we left KG when it was drizzling and when we got to Sarikei, it was no different!

After a short chat over light refreshments, we soon parted ways. We spent the next 3 hours ‘exploring Sarikei on foot.

I would like to thank Jenny’s dad , Mr. Akim for the fine gift, a “Green Label” whiskey which is one of my favorite these days.

And a big “Thank You” to both father and daughter for purchasing the Saga SE unit from us.

It’s a long way from Bintulu just to purchase a car. That’s what friends are for, giving support and encouraging one another. Every little favor goes a long way!

We’re just glad to be able to render of service to both of you.

We headed down to the Bus Asia Terminal around 2pm, caught the 3pm Bus and arrived in KG after 8pm the same day! (Actually, we are supposed to go on the 4pm Bus, but the helpful ‘Salesman’ let us board earlier as that Bus was empty.)

What a journey, my friends!

For Sale: Mercedes W123

(LadyJenn & Mr Cory admiring the car from afar)

(The interior of the car is still very 'original' as you can see it from this picture)

24/Aug/2010: This unit belongs to our "Telco & Post" buddy, Mr.Cory,
who wants to let it go for the right price.

And if anyone of you wants to let go your BMW, year of make between 1998-2002, please let us know.

This Mercedes is in excellent condition, you have to see it for yourself to appreciate it. So hurry, if you're interested.

In 10 years from now, this unit can be considered as an 'antique' as not many units are still found on the road.

The engine is still in its original form.

We would like it very much if you could give us a call at 013-808 8228, ask for Jennifer/Stephen.

Thank you.

Nana's Viva

We delivered this unit nearly 3 weeks ago.

Just last week, thieves broke in but stole only an empty bag. But the side window was broken in the process and it costs them RM125 to get it repaired.

This is the 2nd unit we sold to Cikgu Gilbert's family members.

PKR Dinner @ Crowne Tower, Pending

( YB for Padungan Dominique Ng giving his speech )

22nd Aug 2010: Tonight, I was amongst those who came from near and far to attend this Dinner organized by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Lubok Antu Branch, headed by Nicholas Bawin.

32 tables were quickly sold to supporters & sympathisers and the “Guest of Honor” for the evening was Dato Zaid Ibrahim.
Also present that night YB Elisabeth Wong, Dato Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, Baru Bian and host of others.
I was sharing the table with Major (R) Edmund Abit & Mrs, (who invited us in the first place) my dad Albert Dass and their guests.

The MC for the evening is Ex-ASP Embat, who is uncle Abit’s brother in-law. Embat is the PKR’s Candidate taking on DCM Jabu for the ‘hot’ Layar constituency.
The Dinner ended at 9:45pm since it is still in the month of Ramadhan.
